The motor and clutch operate from 28v dc. There is a dc motor running a clock work mechanism inside. Time delay is fixed at 15 minutes. This rugged sealed timer was made for the military.

After 15 minutes terminal 4 becomes hot and terminal 3 is dead. When the power is removed, the timer will rewind to re set itself. The relay will stay in this state as long as power is applied to terminal 1 and This is a mechanical marvel.

This timer was tested today and it works. There is 1 switch inside. This takes 7 minutes.

When 28v is applied to terminals 1 and 2, terminal 3 becomes hot. Dimensions 4 x and weighs about 1/1 2lbs.
