All 4 have metal tags attached with the same patent numbers. Three of them have identical model number c on the tags and those each a glass viewing window. Etc one of them makes a rattling sound when shaken for medium flat box.

If I turn the dial on side manually, all three numbers increment at same time. One looks the same but has a different model number c on tag and does not have glass window. Vintage Veeder Root 3 digit mechanical counter lot of 4 all are used and in unknown functional condition.
