Details:

There is a front panel reset button. Pulse input is polarity determined by wiring connections are provided for a remote reset. The output can be latched or a pulse, depending on wiring. Appears to work because the front panel light lights and shows pulse input output relay.

The output is an isolated form c contact closure from a relay. I don't have any way to test accuracy so i'm selling this as-is. Used Veeder-root countroller series 7994form vac Hz 1 watt input pluses are shown on the front panel indicator light. A reprint of the manual will accompany counter.

Output activates after a preset number of input pulses, based on the front panel switch settings.
